To everyone around the world, but to my American friends in particular, the happiest of Thanksgivings, where ever you are. This turkey is only half done. I will try to remember to show you the finished product later.

Your turkey looks delish! Guess I’m just going to have to wait till I go home for Christmas for home-cooked poultry.
