Hi Londonelicious,

Thank you for visiting my restaurants. I am the owner of Cay Tre and Viet Grill, and I actually find it really interesting to read blog with verdict about my restaurants as well as others. I really love to know you in reality to have a chat about our vietnamese cuisine, as well as listen to advice of how to improve and PR my restaurants to attract more people. I have recently re-decorated both restaurants, re-designed menus to make it more authentic, more fun and to cope with what people actually having in Vietnamese. Some customers said that my restaurants are not authentic as they can't spot the classic dishes but they dont know that I am providing modern Vietnamese cuisine as in Vietname. Anyway if you are interested, we can co-operate to get thing better and I will ne very pleased to know a gastronomer who really understand food.

Best regards

Hieu Trung Bui
