I set down and made my order with a loveley waiter. Ive ordered a soup with prawns and double jack D with diet coke. Few minutes later the other person rushed to me saying that i have to order a main course as well. He also added that this is a proper restaurant were people should order starters and main courses.i was outraged, never in my life people in a restaurant were so agressive and rude to me. It was a clear message “order more or get out”.Also when i asked the waiter if i could speak to the manager, he refused, than said that he is the manager, then when i asked about the owner, manager said that he is not around ,but i shall come back after 19.00, when i asked about the owners name he wouldnt give it to me either, he insested that it is a policy of the restaurant that is suported by the owner- Mr.Hussain Ali .(evantually Mr.Shah- the manager,gave up and recalled the name of the owner)
I dont know if Mr.Shah is the manager or not, but quite clearly if he is, then he is deffinatly doing the wrong job, a person, who has no comunication skills and is so agressive towards his customers simply can not be a manager in any restaurant.
