Clearly the creation of world-class macaroons is on a par with uranium processing, in international secrecy terms.

I second Su-Lin&#039;s suggestion to visit Pierre Herme the next time you&#039;re in Paris.  [That said, when I was in Paris a few months ago, the line at the shop was too long so I skipped it.]
