I’m not entirely convinced that a fish’s eye turns white when you bake it. My Uncle George, a recreational Tuna fisherperson (preference being Blue fin), has always told me that the eye only goes white when the fish is old. I won’t say the fish is bad, I’m just saying it’s not fresh. Anyone else?

And i believe that its the will of the owners to have the food presented the way it is.,… very plain, and simple, to keep your eye on the seafood, not just eating….
