					<description><![CDATA[Hello Adam and thanks for your note. I&#039;m not entirely convinced that a fish&#039;s eye turns white when you bake it. My Uncle George, a recreational Tuna fisherperson (preference being Blue fin), has always told me that the eye only goes white when the fish is old. I won&#039;t say the fish is bad, I&#039;m just saying it&#039;s not fresh. Anyone else?
