Another great story. I have only spent a couple of days in Hong Kong both far apart at the beginning and ends of trips to China, back in 1998 and 2014.

I love the pics of the dumplings and the noodles they are making me very hungry!

The food tour looks great I will try that out when I next get a chance to visit Hong Kong properly, it is on the list. A long list to be fair
