Agree you’ve stated the rule correctly (that “me” is an objective pronoun), but in your sentence, unless you’re saying some people have more adjectives than they have of Kristas, then I think it would have been correct to use “I.”

“But there are some important things for those that have more adjectives than I [have].”

For what it’s worth, at work, I’m often driven nuts by the sentence “please make sure to send the email to Person A and I.” I HATE that.
