Well, it is nice to say that I have gone at least once. Your experience is not uncommon, although there is apparently a science to the biszerk service. It may be because the restaurant is such a novelty that service tends to slip. Three times were enough for me to Yelp for another suggestion if I’m looking for options in the future.
