It’s like saying it’s European to include Italian, French, Spanish, British and everything in between. Since you are writing about restaurants, it’s much better to classify according to the main cuisines of the middle east. Persian, Egyptian, Lebanese, North African etc. They are completely different and not related at all.

a good place for comparison is alounak – it’s very close by, and very similar, but… i think mohsen has the edge.
