					<description><![CDATA[The BEST nail salon in Islington in my opinion is Pink and White on Essex Road (about a block before Planet Organic). £10 manicures, they do shellac, it&#039;s clean and they are super sweet. 
Also if you did not already know: Neal&#039;s Yard on Upper Street does cheap (for London) massages - like £65 for an hour. It&#039;s no frills but the therapists are great.
