Football is so much easier to understand outside the US! We actually follow a Premier League team here. On the contrary, I fell asleep during the Superbowl.

Definitely get thee to Edinburgh. I think you'll like the Stockbridge area.

And lunch at Books for Cooks!! If it still works the same way, you need to get there by 11:45am to claim one of the few places. Great lunch deal.

Def do Wimbledon. We put it off until our last year in London and then said why didn't we do this every year? I never managed to get tix in the ballot (tried every year) but on that last year just lined up from 5am for a ground pass. The experience is way more pleasant than it sounds. The line is in the park, it's summer so it's daylight and there's people selling coffees, picnic blankets, breakfast and papers. So you just sit there on a blanket, have brekky, read the papers then go to Wimbledon. Easy!

In reply to <a href="https://www.passportdelicious.com/london-2015/#comment-7962">Cayloe</a>.

Ah, see how out of it I am? Although I remember reading about the Melbourne pop-up, I didn't know about Bray.
Dinner IS good. I'd want to try some other places before going back a 2nd time. We'll see.
I have not been to a football match, which is funny given my relative proximity to Arsenal. I don't die over sports though! (Four years at ND and I really still don't know the rules of American football.)

The Fat Duck is currently closed, unless you're planning to try for the Melbourne, Australia pop-up. It may reopen in Bray later this year, but the timing is not certain.

I thought that (£ for £) Dinner by HB was a more enjoyable meal, but the trip to Bray is worth it once for the pomp.

Have you been to a football game?
