					<description><![CDATA[as a fellow american traveller i also have had the experience of people telling me &quot;you wont like it&quot; especilly in asia.  i guess it is just to be polite that the host wants the guest to be happy with the food, that&#039;s all.
i understand your feeling, it is insulting to be told what you will or will not like before even tasting, but it is not personal.
