You didn't find the cupcakes annoyingly small and insubstantial? And what's up with the divot in the frosting? Cute, but I want that divot filled in with delicious frosting goodness.

Agreed, the cupcakes are really good, especially the carrot cake; but they're so tiny and light it makes me want 3 of them. Not that there's any problem with that, mind you, but the bill starts adding up fast and I would feel super guilty eating 3 whole cupcakes.

The red velvet cupcakes are scrummy. I had a whole birthday cake made from one once (although it was made for me as a surprise and they literally wrote "BEN IN BIG LETTERS" across the cake rather than just "BEN" as whoever wrote it down over the phone was a numpty! They corrected this in shop immediately my partner spotted it!). The NHG branch is the original and I've never had a bad experience there. Am surprised the Fulham branch is rubbish but maybe that's just disabled loos....
