If you’ve never been to Green Valley, I highly recommend a visit the next time you’re around Marble Arch/Oxford Street/Edgware Road. It is seriously one of my favorite grocery stores in London. It’s not a big grocery store, but it sure is packed with lots of interesting treats. The windows are stuffed full of baklava–in case you haven’t noticed. And the guys behind the counter are just that tiniest bit flirty. Apparently, some of the Green Valley baklava is flown in from Lebanon directly which is amazing. Also, generous with the free baklava samples. In the back, there’s a great looking butcher counter and then the prepared foods look lovely. I almost bought a kilo of artichoke bottoms. But I didn’t. I just looked. If you find yourself by Edgware Road or Marble Arch or Selfridges, you should stop in and pick up some Green Valley baklava. Because really, that’s why you should go to Green Valley. Because of the Green Valley baklava.

Green Valley Opening Hours

They are open from 8 am to midnight, seven days a week, 365 days a year! AMAZING.

Looks lovely.
Though does Upper Berekeley Street count as “Marylebone”?
Then again, if not, Marylebone, where?
Is Edgware Road a district as well as a road?!
