Hi Krista. How would you compare the food to the Paris 1906 menu? I really enjoyed the Thai menu but, although I never went, I just have this sneaking feeling that the Paris “season” was maybe more special. Perhaps it was due to the novelty factor of it being Next’s inaugural menu, or the chefs cooking a style of food they’re probably more familiar with? Really curious to hear you thoughts.

PS – Wasn’t the coconut dessert simply divine?!
