Only exceptions being some sort of event lauch where there is a lot of free wine involved. (See my About page.) Because I do like a little wine.

Yes, really liked the bhangras! One was particularly spicy, which we all really enjoyed.

Sounds like you had a wonderful time! I went with Niamh last year and we got a little bit (okay VERY) tipsy – did you try the bhangras? Very very nice.

Always intrigued by the the underground dining concept. Have been to The Hidden Tea Room by Lady Gray once and found it rather refreshing, meeting random new people and all. But I realised that it’s much better if you turn up in fours; if all else fails, you can talk among yourselves.

Love the layout, tablecloth and all. Looks like Civet Cat Club put quite a bit of effort into doing up the place. 30 quid per head is quite a steal considering all things.
