If you have access to your html code, you can adjust the size of your Flickr embed. Look in the code and you should find two sets of dimensions (e.g. height=&quot;500px&quot; width=&quot;500px&quot;) - one for the background and one for the display. Adjust the background down until it fills your column and then play with the display dimensions until it looks OK.

There&#039;s a limit to how far you can go because some bits of flickr are fized size, but you should be able to get a reasonable result.

Btw. Sometimes looking at embeded photos and vids causes problems when switching from text editing to wysiwyg modes. I don&#039;t know if that&#039;s the case with TypePad, but it is with Blogger. The problem is solved by putting the &amp;#60/embed&amp;#62 tag back in manually.
