You can see it when you look up as it is on the second floor balcony and enterence is through a fish shop off one of the lanes opposite the post office . We ate there twice on out 6 day stay and the fish is fantastic . They do home cut fried potatoes , amazing salads and it was definately the best place we ate in while there . I suppose you have to like fish though !
