Perfection is when your friend Xavi comes to town, someone you haven’t seen since 2004. And you meet up at Eno at the Intercontinental because it’s convenient. And then you drink a lot of wine and reminisce about the past.
And then you order some chocolate.
And it arrives.
And it’s from Ecuador.
And so is Xavi.

Yum! I love Ecuadorian sweets!! Food from that whole region is so delicious. You should write a post about a full course meal of an Ecuadorian dish!! I would suggest Churarsco.
