I’ve always been a bit addicted to Pret a Manger. I miss my old London standbys…the tomato soup, the mushroom risotto, the roasted tomato and egg baguette. The US menu is different, and the mushroom risotto doesn’t compare. That being said, the Vietnamese baguette kinda rocks. More often than not, it’s my go-to lunch option of choice. And while for dinner, I appreciate variety and rarely visit the same restaurant for dinner more than a few times, for lunch, I’m happy to eat the same thing, over and over and over again.
