Oasis Cafe, The Loop

I swear I have more pictures of Oasis around somewhere on my hard drive, but I can’t for the life of me find them. This is a Middle Eastern restaurant (cafe, really) in the back of a jewelery mart. Yes, get your watch fixed, buy yourself something sparkly, and then have some falafel. Maybe some hummus too. Skip the foul; it’s only okay.

I like the falafel better than the chicken shawarma sandwich. But I like the fact that this place is in the back of a jewelry mall most. Beware: the tables are rickety.

The Verdict: Go for the quirk factor. Ah, and the falafel sandwich is cheap.  I would post a photo, but the one I have is pretty lame and you can only see the pita, no filling. If I dig up the rest of those photos, I will post more. Promise.
