Fire & Knives

Fireandknives

If you like food and if you like writing, you should really subscribe to Fire & Knives. It's the loveliest of little quarterlies. The graphic design is outstanding, and the stories are really wonderous; two of the stories come from London's very own food and restaurant bloggers, Oliver Thring and Rejina from Gastro Geek. I won't say more than that; it's a little treasure and I don't want to spoil any of the many surprises. Thank you, Tim Hayward.

Looks ok – but what exactly is “new writing about food” would be good if they had expanded samples of the type of content they would carry.

    I'd call it high-quality non-fiction prose.
